If our clients are unable to keep their appointment, we appreciate a call 24 hours in advance. This allows us to schedule and service other clients.
Canceling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice impacts ManiPlease and the opportunity to service other clients. If this occurs, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments. Holders of ManiPlease gift certificate/card who cancel with less than 24 hours notice OR do not show up will forfeit the service on their certificate.
In the event, that an appointment is canceled due to a client feeling ill and/or exhibiting one or more of the following symptoms, (fever or chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, headache, congestion or runny nose, cough, sore throat, muscle or body ache, loss of smell or taste, stomach ache) we will as a one-time courtesy waive the cancelation fee up to 100% and gladly reschedule your appointment to a later date no sooner than 5 days. If a client should feel ill with any of the listed symptoms we ask that they immediately call, email, or text message their provider and/or the ManiPlease directly to avoid a No Show. This cancelation waiver is non-transferrable and is void after 30 days.
No Shows will be handled the same as cancellations. However, if a provider is en route or has arrived at the appointment and is unable to gain entry or has been notified of a request to reschedule this will count as a No Show. We reserve the right to charge a No Show fee of 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
