FAQ

Where are you located?

ManiPlease is a mobile nail salon specializing in manicures and pedicures. Our service areas include all NYC, Westchester County and South of Norwalk, Ct.

We continue to expand our reach as more and more service providers join our team.

What types of services do you offer? 

We  currently offer basic nail services such as manicures and pedicures. Subscribe to be the first to know when we begin to offer access to a variety of mobile wellness services. Visit our Services section for a full list of nail services.

Do I need to give my credit card or can I pay in some other way? Yes, your credit card information is required to complete your online booking. Your personal information is securely stored through our processing provider, Square.


Is gratuity included in the price? 

Gratuity is not included in the price. You are welcome to tip when you check out or with cash or card once services are completed.

Why do I need to complete a client profile  form? 

The information on the client profile  will assist us in treating you safely and effectively. Feel free to ask your provider any questions about the information being requested.  


Do you offer private group or corporate bookings? 

Absolutely! We will work with you to customize group and corporate bookings that meet your needs. Use this link to submit your group or corporate booking request.

What are your hours of operation? 

Our service providers are available between 9:00am and 9pm daily. The last available appointment is at 7:30pm.  

Can I rebook with a particular nail technician? 

Absolutely!  


What is your cancellation policy? 

CANCELATION POLICY:
We ask that you give us 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service if not canceled or rescheduled prior to 24-hours. Holders of ManiPlease.com gift certificate who cancel with less that 24 hours notice OR do not show up will forfeit the service on their certificate.

No Shows will be handled the same as cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a No Show fee of up to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.  Due to the nature of our services, once a nail tech is en-route to a location or has arrived and can not complete services due to no fault of their own, this will be considered ”no show” and the customer will forfeit the cost of services as we must pay the nail technician for travel and inconvenience.
